IACC’s Tech Breakfast Roundtable

The Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce (IACC) in collaboration with the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) organised a Tech Breakfast Roundtable for the Australian delegation to the Bengaluru Tech Summit 2023 (BTS) and select Indian business leaders.

This session offered a comprehensive understanding of the current IT and ITeS industry landscape in India, including market trends, emerging technologies and how to leverage India as a destination of choice. The adoption of technology in India and opportunities for new bilateral partnerships/collaboration were also discussed.

Ms Petula Thomas, CEO, IACC delivered the Welcome address which also included a brief presentation about the Chamber. Ms Catherine Gallagher, Head of South Asia, Austrade delivered the Special Address.

The discussion moderated by Mr Gaven Standon, President, IACC and Executive Partner Ecosystem, Telstra was engaging and interactive resulting in new valuable connections and understanding of the opportunities available in the Indian market for Australian companies/startups to plug into.

Closing remarks were delivered by Mr Vik Singh, Trade & Investment Commissioner, Austrade and Mr Venkataraman S V, Chairperson, IACC’s Bengaluru Chapter and Managing Director, ANZ Bengaluru.
