Venkataraman SV (Venky) is the Managing Director for Bengaluru Service Centre in ANZ Banking Group. In his current role, apart from leading the Service Centre operations, Venky has been very closely involved in ANZ Banking group’s successful foray into Automation starting with RPA over 5 years ago.

Further to the large scale implementation of human-action mimicking automation solutions, Venky has driven the use of emergent technologies including AI / ML and OCR to automate human judgment oriented processes in complex products of Trade Finance and Home Lending.

He is a long-time banker and prior to this role he was the COO-Institutional Operations, Service Centres in ANZ. In this role he managed the Operations for Institutional banking division for ANZ across 30 plus countries being delivered through the Service Centres in Bangalore, Manila and Chengdu. Earlier, he was the Chief Operating Officer for ANZ Banking Group, Mumbai where he helped set ANZ Banking group presence in India and his responsibilities included building and running the enablement functions of Operations, Technology, Legal, Marketing and Communications for the bank.

Venky has also held leadership positions in various organizations including COO at Aditya Birla Minacs and as Vice President, Banking and Financial Services, Perot Systems (now part of NTT date). He started his banking career with ANZ Grindlays Bank holding various front office positions in the Global Markets function.

Venky is passionate about diversity and has played a significant role in bringing this culture to the workplace.

He is a B.Tech. (Hons) graduate from IIT Kharagpur and a Post-Graduate in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Vineet Mehta

Vineet Mehta, General Manager Enterprise Technology for Kmart Group Australia. One of Australia’s largest retailers, Kmart operates 452 stores across Australia and New Zealand with 85% of Australian shoppers and a revenue amounting to 9 billion AUD. The Group is also recognized as a leader in retail Data, Analytics and AI. Vineet is also the Site Leader for the Group’s global capability center ANKO GCC at Bengaluru. He has been with the Kmart since June 2019 and has been responsible for spearheading Data, Analytics and AI for the Group including setting up the new capability in Bengaluru.

He has 23+ years of proven experience in building high- performing teams and leading technology efforts that support enterprise digital transformation programs. He has also held diverse leadership roles working across various industries, functions & technologies within global teams.

With a strong background in Data, Analytics and AI, he has established new capabilities within GCC’s in India for leading global brands. He is passionate about working with the start-up ecosystem and promoting innovation. He enjoys mentoring teams to be high performing and believes in making a difference to the local communities. Vineet lives in Bengaluru with his wife and daughter and enjoys interests in travelling, movies & music.

Mr. Abhinav Bhatia

Mr. Abhinav Bhatia is currently the Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner for South Asia for the Queensland Government, Australia. An expert in International Trade and Investments, Abhinav has worked with several foreign governments, corporates, and nonprofits.

Before joining Queensland Trade and Investment, Abhinav worked with the Irish Government as a Director for South Asia. His expertise lies in providing market intelligence and access to foreign companies looking to expand in the South Asian markets.

He also worked with the Canadian Government as a Trade Commissioner, advising companies on international expansion into India, and also supported foreign direct investment-related initiatives. He is active in the startup ecosystem and has made investments in several early-stage tech companies.

Mr. Vidyanand Sagaram

Director – Strategic Projects, Victorian Government Trade & Investment Office

Vidyanand Sagaram has been with the Victorian Government for over a decade managing diverse portfolios for the South Asian region including Skilled and Business Migration, Creative Industries, Diplomacy Projects, and Government Engagement. In his current role as Director for Strategic Projects he has a primary focus on delivering Victoria’s whole-of-government international initiatives in South Asia. To deliver the key initiatives and priorities of the government he has been engaging very closely with the Indian governments, industry groups and various Victorian departments.

He is also currently on the Executive Council of the Indo Australian Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Committee of the School of Policy and Governance, India.

Vidya was also the Director for the Australia India Youth Dialogue, a pre-eminent track-two young emerging leaders’ dialogue between Australia and India. He holds a Master’s degree from Monash University, Melbourne and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from Takshashila Institute, India.

Mr. Dinesh Rao

Dinesh is the Executive Vice President and Co-head of Delivery for Infosys responsible for Enterprise Application Services (EAS), Independent Validation Services (IVS) , Engineering Services (ENGG), Consulting Services and Strategic Technology Group (STG). Additionally, Dinesh holds the Geography responsibility of Global Delivery for Europe.

In his incredible journey of 30+ years at Infosys, Dinesh has successfully built and managed business units generating multi-billion-dollar revenues, laid out their strategic direction, managed Global Delivery, navigated strategic client relationships and built a strong leadership team delivering sustainable growth and high profitability for these business units.

Dinesh Rao is on the Board of Fluido, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys – providing salesforce advisory and consulting services in Nordics region.

Dinesh Rao is also an active member of several non-profit/ voluntary organizations. He is a founder and managing trustee of “UDAYA”, the social support organization which is actively involved in the field of Education for under privileged & orphan children.

Mr. Gaven Standon

Gaven is an accomplished business leader with a professional journey spanning over 28 years. Gaven has demonstrated his ability to drive business success and develop enterprise-wide strategies. Throughout his career, Gaven has excelled in various areas including operations, sales, analytics, supply chain, sourcing, and particularly in the IT and ITES sectors. Gaven's experience extends to global operations, with a focus on Asia Pacific and the US. As an Executive with Telstra India, Gaven leads Telstra GBS's Partner Ecosystem, overseeing the development of partner delivery and driving Telstra's business transformation towards becoming a digital, agile, and innovative technology-led solutions company

During his tenure as the Director for Asia & Pacific Sales Operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Gaven managed pre-sales for a significant revenue-generating region. As the Director of Global Business Services, he established a global domain-centric practice in sales operations, centred in Bangalore, India, with market-facing contra revenue infrastructure capabilities. Gaven's strategic leadership skills were honed during his time as the global strategy leader for Hewlett Packard, where he established the global shoring and sourcing strategy for the consumer sector, based in Houston, Texas. Additionally, he played instrumental roles in developing IT infrastructure support services at General Electric Capital International Services and establishing greenfield canning and bottling operations at Coca-Cola International in Pune, Maharashtra.

Gaven's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (MBA) from IMT, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt from General Electric and has undergone accelerated executive leadership programs at NUS - the National University of Singapore and New York University Stern School of Business.
